We offer upto a 30-day money-back guarantee on a range of products, the product main description page tells you if that item has a guarantee attached to it. This means that you can try some of our unique products for 30 days in your own home, and if you are not entirely delighted, you can return your goods for a full, no questions asked refund , or you can exchange your goods for other products.
Our refund/exchange rate is very low as we stock good products and back it up with excellent support; see the final checkout page with a link to Terms and Conditions that has the full refund policy. Alternately contact us first to check if your purchase carries a guarantee, we don’t want you to make a purchase under any false illusions.
We promise that you can buy from us with confidence!
On products that qualify, all you need to do is:
- Retain your proof of purchase
- Contact us within 5 days of the 60 day point at which you received your item
- Have the product returned to be received by us no more than 7 days after the date at which you contacted us for a return number.
- Ensure you have proof of delivery as we cannot accept liability for any item lost on return, that invalidates your guarantee.
- Some items require that you complete a returns questionnaire so we know that you have had a go at making it work in your life – as we want you to get the most out of your purchase.
- Digital products are not covered if we feel they have been copied, reproduced or had the purchase misused in any manner.
